Creci Notes have a term of 3 years, at which time your Creci Note matures. This means that on the third anniversary of the time you purchased your Creci Note, you will receive the remaining principal invested plus any remaining accrued interest.
However, your Creci Note allows you to withdraw up to 10% of your original investment plus interest or $500, whichever is greater, during any quarter prior to maturity. Withdrawals will be processed at the end of each quarter. The withdrawal request must be made 30 days prior to the end of the quarter. Otherwise, the request will be processed in the following quarter. Of course, if you do not need the money and leave it invested until maturity, it will continue to grow and support social and environmental impact simultaneously.
At maturity, we plan to have additional Creci Notes available for you to
reinvest your funds.
