What is the difference between ESG, SRI and impact investing?

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), practices investments in companies that converge social or environmental criteria, while SRI (Socially Responsible Investing), avoids investing in companies that are often harmful to society. Impact investing is a little further ahead in the sense that it seeks to generate social or environmental impact, while providing financial returns.

These three concepts go beyond simply a material benefit at the time of investing. They are a step towards a more sustainable use of our money, so that it can provide benefits for society and the planet.
